Experience four powerful Spinal Flow treatments to fast-track your wellness journey and learn how to support your own progress at home. There will be time in between treatments for journaling or relaxation in our private and cosy rest room, or you can surround yourself with nature by taking a walk in the beautiful mid Suffolk countryside around us. The day begins and ends with progress assessments so no need to have had an Initial Consultation with me before booking which makes this the perfect way to kick start your Spinal Flow health journey! Please ensure you are available for follow up treatments after your retreat day to support the changes and continue your progress. Any questions please just ask me.
