Our first gong bath was a huge success!

We hauled ten therapy beds, ten sets of yoga mats/blocks, a massive pile of snuggley blankets, a bucket full of flameless candles and ‘The Girl With A Gong’ with all of her various gongs, bowls and frequency instruments into The Pettiward Hall in Great Finborough yesterday for our very first candle-lit gong bath. And what an amazing evening was had!

Starting with movement, breathwork and meditation on the mats we moved onto the therapy beds for the gong bath combined with group Spinal Flow treatment and then brought everyone back down to Earth with hot drinks and nibbles before sending them home.

I usually play my Grace Spinal Flow vibration Spotify playlist while I work on clients, but this was the first time we’d combined flow treatments with the intensity of a full gong bath and we weren’t disappointed! Even my other half (who is regularly lavished with Spinal Flow treatments) felt newchanges take place around his problematic shoulder area. Today others have fed back with an increased range of movement, sinus clearance, reduced aches/pain, increased energy levels and feeling more centred in addition to how much they enjoyed the atmosphere in the room and what a fun, cosy evening it was.

We have two more Gong Baths booked for 30th November and 7th December this year and we will be scheduling them regularly for 2026, but spaces will always be limited due to the nature of what we do.

These aren’t just for clients btw, they’re also a good way for newbies to learn more about and experience Spinal Flow for themselves while benefitting the mind, body and soul.

Online booking via the website or direct with me, Chrissy x
