Our first gong bath was a huge success! We hauled ten therapy beds, ten sets of yoga mats/blocks, a massive pile of snuggley blankets, a bucket full of flameless candles and ‘The Girl With A Gong’ with all of her various gongs, bowls and frequency instruments into The Pettiward Hall in Great Finborough yesterday for our very first candle-lit gong bath. And what an amazing evening was had! Starting with movement, breathwork and meditation on the mats we moved onto the therapy
